PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Sorry, at this time we do not accept C.O.D. or personal checks.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Customers are given an additional option to choose the type of shipping that best fits their delivery schedule. Charlotte Environmental Inc offers the following shipping types to its customers:

• FedEx Overnight® options. Delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most areas
• FedEx Home Delivery®. Delivery in 1-5 business days (3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii) based on distance to your destination
• FedEx Freight (for pallet orders only)
• US Postal Service

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.

Upon receipt of delivery, please be sure to properly inspect the product for damages.

Damage and How to Deal With It: In the event there is ANY damage to the product(s), you MUST note it on the bill of lading. Do not sign the bill of lading until you have recorded the damage somewhere on the ticket or bill of lading!!! If you do not record it on this ticket, the carrier will be relieved of liability. Whatever the damage, simply write on the ticket precisely what is wrong. If the damage is extensive looks like it's beyond repair such as broken glass please call us immediately at 704-560-8877. Generally it is best to reject the entire shipment in these extreme cases.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We usually ship in one to three days, although delivery times may vary. Large orders or bulk items may ship directly from the vendor. Since shipping times are not guaranteed, Charlotte Environmental Inc. cannot be liable for incidental or consequential losses incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated.

ORDERING AND PRICING

Pricing Policy: Advertised goods availability subject to change without notice and manufacturers and suppliers may change or cancel goods: We will make all reasonable efforts to keep our price list and advertised goods current but we cannot guaranty price or availability.

Estimated shipping charges are added to the order at time of check-out. However, for bulk or heavy items additional charges may apply.

In case of price changes, we will we reserve the right to correct the error even after shipping a product. We will notify you of such a change and allow you to cancel if desired. We also reserve the right to change prices daily without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you would like to cancel an order that has recently been placed please notify us as soon as possible. If we have not processed or shipped the order it will be cancelled completely. If it has been processed but not shipped, a 4% credit card fee will be charged to your card. If your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Out-of-Stock Policy: If an item is out-of-stock, we will NOT substitute another product. Instead, we will cancel the order and notify you immediately.

Certain Items are delivered to the greater Charlotte, NC area only and cannot be shipped outside of the area. These items typically require consultation and professional installation. Examples are Solar Hot Water Systems and Photovoltaic (Solar Power Systems).

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

If you change your mind after you have ordered a product on items that are not special order and it is returned in resalable condition, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and minus a restocking fee. This restocking fee may be 20-35% depending on the manufacturer's policy. Once the original product is received in resalable condition, refunds will be given according to the method of your original payment. Please allow at least 15 business days from the date we receive your item to process the return.

In the event of a defect, damage, or wrong item sent, if we cannot replace the product we will refund the purchase price including shipping. In the event you must return an item, please notify us via contactus@charlotteenvironmental.com or call us at 704-560-8877 BEFORE you return it and ask for an RMA#. We will instruct you where and how to ship it back. All claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and must include the receipt. We do not accept freight collect, COD shipments or returned goods, or returns without an RMA# (Return Materials Authorization). No refunds under certain circumstances: There will be no refunds under any circumstances for items that are special order, sale items, or items which have been opened, used, cut, modified, installed, or applied.

All Returns must be handled as follows:
--All items must arrive back in their original packaging, complete and in resalable condition.
--Each item must have an RMA#

--We will refund payment in same form as original purchase.
